The torus was a test of the new mesh generators, to see if it could build a structure with two open ends meeting. There was no reason that it could not, but one of those things that needs to be tested either way.

The ground is something new I have added to the render engine, I finally got around to sort of start on the bump/displacement mapping code. It needs a ton of work still (I could not wait to do a full render with it tho' ), started with a brute force method that lasted until I lay in bed and thought of a better way, hurrah for half asleep ideas.

I considering adding some waves to the water and some long exposure effect to the clouds, but I like this version even with its flaws.
