AnimalArts is hosting its third bimonthly contest, this time around the theme is animal profiles.
To spread the word of the contest we would appreciate any love bestowed on the news entry. The latest updates and news can be read here.
Theme
Animal in profile, can be as creative as you dare but must contain at least one animal.
How to enter
To enter the competition you only have to submit your entry to the main contest section in the AnimalArts gallery. Which can be found here.
A mention of the entry on the submitted piece is welcomed, but isn't a requirement.
Media
Any media is accepted.
Limited to one piece per contestant.
Deadline
7th of June 2010 23:59 CET.
Judges
AnimalArts senior members.
Announcement of the result of the contest will be around the 14th of June 2010.
Prizes
First, second and third place will all receive a feature by AnimalArts and senior members.
If you wish to donate a prize please send us a note.

The results are in for the mini title suggestion contest for this photo (shameless self promoting :blush:).

First place goes to PutYourBraveFaceOn (https://www.deviantart.com/putyourbravefaceon) for 'have mercy', it made me see something I had not really seen until then in the image and gave it a different dimension to it.
Second place goes to sergioh91 (https://www.deviantart.com/sergioh91) with the suggestion 'facepalm' that could be both a reflection of my poor skills at thinking of titles and a humorous take on the image itself.

Question: Does the picture have to be of an animals profile? Like the sideview of an animals face? Or does it just have to have an animal in it in "portrait form". Just to be clear
